Because our work is custom engineering performed to order:

Deposits are non-refundable once design work has begun.

Cancellation before work starts: Clients may cancel in writing before design work begins and receive a full refund of any deposit paid.

Cancellation after work starts: If a project is canceled after work has begun, fees are owed for all work completed to date; the remaining deposit balance (if any) is refunded.

​

Delivered files: Final delivered digital files are considered complete and are final sale.
