These Terms govern services provided by Advanced Metals Engineering, Inc.

Services: We provide digital CAD design and engineering documentation. All deliverables are digital files. We do not manufacture, fabricate, or ship physical goods.

Quotes & scope: Work begins only after a written quote and scope are approved by the client and the agreed deposit invoice is issued. Quotes are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise.

Invoicing & payment: We bill by invoice (deposit plus balance). Final files are released upon receipt of full payment. We do not process card payments at checkout on this site.

​

Client responsibilities: The client is responsible for verifying that delivered designs meet their requirements and for all final manufacturing, testing, and validation decisions. Our deliverables are engineering design services and do not constitute a guarantee of manufactured part performance.

Limitation of liability: To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fees paid for the affected engagement. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
